Kargicak, Dermitas and Gazipasa are the relatively untouched virgin areas to the east of Alanya, past Mahmutlar. Although there are no town centres to speak of, there are still many shops around for day to day essentials, and there are regular local buses (Dolmuş) into the towns of Mahmutlar and Alanya.

Because of the low level of develoment in these areas, the views and scenery are unrivalled. Surrounded by nature, with clear views of the Toros mountains, if peace and tranquility is what you are looking for then these are the areas to look.

Because of the nature of these areas, a lot of the property available has incredible sea and mountain views. There are also no large apartment blocks, so most of the available property is resale villas on complexes, or small apartment complexes (typically only 3 foors). As it is relatively undiscovered, the prices are very low, but set to increase over the next few years as development moves along the coast from Alanya.
