I have been a customer of Jasmin Real Estate since April 2005 after purchasing a property in Alanya. Early in 2005, I visited 3 real estates in Alanya and viewed several properties. In my opinion I believe I received the best service and value for money for my property from Jasmin Real Estate.
Jasmin offered professional advice on the property market and administrative matters making the overall experience of purchasing an easy one. In relation to the property I purchased, they openly advised me on what was included in the price. Also, I was fully aware of other optional extra costs such as the installation of a more expensive kitchen.
In my experience, the property market in Turkey changes quickly and you must use common sense when assessing value for money including location to the beach and size of property etc. Everyone may have different opinions on the market, but you will soon discover that if you don't deal with a reputable estate agent, it could result in a financial disaster for you. So many new estate agents are trying to get in on the act with very little experience.
I have no hesitation in recommending Jasmin Real Estate and you can be assured that any business dealings with them will be a safe, reliable and professional one.

In May 2005 we made our first contact with Omer Kargi (Managing Director) and Craig Fry (Sales Executive). In August 2005 we travelled to Turkey where Craig and Omer showed us several apartments in which we were very interested in. During our visit Craig supplied us with all the necessary information we asked for.
All of the staff from Jasmin were very helpful and give us answers to questions ranging from legal, renovations of properties, bank accounts and furnishing. After one day of viewing properties we made our decision and bought a 2 bedroom apartment in Avsallar.
In April 2006 we returned to our newly renovated apartment (all the work carried out to a very high standard by Jasmin Real Estate) and bought all our furniture. Again Jasmin supplied us with all kinds of support from driving us to the furniture stores to helping us withdraw funds from our local bank account.

To all those who are think of buying property in Turkey and especially the Antalya & Alana Region, I can highly recommend the services of Ömer Kargi & Craig Fry and the full team at Jasmin Real Estate.
If you search through the internet for suitable estate agents in your chosen area you will no doubt be bombarded by the number of Real Estate agents available… and all promising “Amazing” deals !!!! Likewise if you come out for a holiday to the area and you are adventurous enough to venture outside the confines of the Hotel, you will come across many “Estate Agents” within easy walking distance of your chosen hotel……. I know.. I have done exactly that…..
I became interested in the area and sought the services of several agents. Beware, most will show you properties that have either been on there books for a long time (not good for business) or take you on an endless trail of houses, none of which you will be interested in.
Here I can recommend Jasmin Real Estate 100%. This is the only team that actually listened to what I was saying and what I was looking for. I quickly found the property that suited me and what I was looking for!!!
But it does not stop there. Ömer and the team will guide you through the legal aspects of purchasing your new home and even help you arrange any modifications or changes. The will also help you to completely furnish your home. In short, a complete “package” offered to take away the stress and strain of purchasing overseas.
Beware though, it will not all be plain sailing. But at least you will have the services of an excellent team behind you to sort out any problems.

I cannot speak highly enough of the help and support I have received from Jasmin Real Estate. I spent a week here in September during which time I saw 30 properties through 7 estate agents. I returned home with a shortlist of 2 to discuss with my husband. Both properties were shown to me by Craig and Omer at Jasmin who took time to understand what I was looking for and eventually found me the apartment of my dreams! I have since had a lot of work done on the apartment and all the work was undertaken by the company's refurbishment arm - to a very high standard (but not a high cost!)
I am delighted with my property and the ongoing support I receive from them. There are a lot of anxieties connected with buying a property abroad and I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone - I have found them trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable. My advice to any would-be property hunters would be to do your homework on the internet and then spend time in the area to see as many properties as you can manage but give yourself a whole day with Jasmin because I really think they're the pick of the bunch.
